Sean Wilder, President / Chief Executive Officer
Sean is the Principal and Founder of Sycamore Property Management LLC with over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, real estate development and real estate management. Sean oversees all aspects of Sycamore's operations and assets under management. With direct reports from each executive Sean takes a hands-on approach with every asset that Sycamore manages. Prior to founding Sycamore Property Management, Sean founded Wilder & Chavez LLC, Real Estate Development, where he is currently a Principal. Wilder & Chavez LLC is a real estate development firm that specializes in the acquisition and re-development of multi-family residential real estate assets. Before founding Wilder & Chavez Sean worked at McCall & Almy, Inc., a premier, boutique commercial real estate advisory firm in Boston. While with McCall & Almy, Sean worked on real estate strategy and analysis with high-profile clients such as Partners Healthcare System, Raytheon, IBM, Berklee College, IXIS Asset Management, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and many others. Prior to his time with McCall & Almy, Sean served as Director of Acquisitions at Allied Financial Corp., a Boston area real estate investment firm, where he focused primarily on securing multi-family assets in New England for the company portfolio. Sean has a B.A. from Boston College and earned his Masters in Buisiness Administration from the Boston University Graduate School of Management with a concentration in Real Estate Management.
Whitney Jagoe, Director of Property Management
Whitney serves as Sycamore's Director of Property Manager. Whitney started with Sycamore as the Property Manager at the Dennison Bishop Apartments in Framingham MA. She was instrumental in the turnaround of the asset, and continues to oversee the property management team on site. Whitney successfully implemented the mandated turnaround strategy on the property and the asset is now fully occupied and collects some of the highest rents in the area. Whitney is aggressive in her implementation of budgets and operating strategies on all of the assets she oversees for the company. With management of a broad range of asset types, from apartments and medical office buildings to industrial property, Whitney has a demonstrated track record of performance in managing real estate and is a critical member of the team.
Walter Camacho, Director of Facilities
Walter joined Sycamore after returning from 5 years in Iraq where he worked for KVR, Inc., a sub-contractor for the US Government that specializes in the installation and implementation of electrical power systems on US military bases. In his time overseas Walter worked with a team of contractors responsible for producing and maintaining continuous power production and distribution in bases in one of the most dangerous regions in the world. Dealing with adversity and accomplishing tasks under pressure is Walter's forte. At Sycamore Walter is responsible for oversight of the maintenance staff for ongoing maintenance issues at each of our managed properties, and is also the lead on the implementation of capital improvement. Walter is instrumental in our ability to not only implement capital improvements at our assets but also in ensuring that all of our properties under management are run to the highest standards, which ultimately adds tremendous value to our client's portfolios.
Jennifer Donnaruma, Property Manager
Jennifer joined Sycamore Property Management in 2015 as a Property Manager at The Residences at Dennison Triangle. Jen's previous experience comes from a diverse background, serving as Building Supervisor with Stuart Family Trust, Director of Accounting with the Criminal History Systems Board, and Member Services Representative for the Everett Credit Union.
